  • More than 4000 hours coaching experience
  • Trained more than 1000 people in over 100 programmes
  • Consultant and expert in creating Coaching Cultures in Workplaces.
  • Has extensive experience in cross cultural coaching and coach training particularly in Asia Pacific, India and China facilitating public and in house programmes. Participants in public programmes are from multi-national corporates.
  • Regular guest lecturer at Auckland University Business School, Executive Education for “Quiet Leadership” programmes
  • As Regional Manager for Results Coaching Systems (2002 – 2005) established face-to-face coach training availability in New Zealand from 2002 and introduced “Workplace Coach” trainingplatforms and programmes in 2004
  • Researcher on Coaching Initiative Impact Study published 2007
  • Served on the International Coach Federation Global Credentialing & Program Accreditation Committee
  • Assessor of coaches globally (advanced coaching qualifications for Neuroleadership Group and International Coach Federation.)

About Linley

My personal journey has been one of transforming adversity into opportunity. I encourage others to play big, role-modeling the approach I have adopted in my own survive to thrive story. I am active in and love yoga, gardening, home design, food, travel, books,walking, nature, movies, theatre, maintaining great health and study of neuroscience. I am fascinated by the possibilities of accessing creativity to cause more innovation and productivity at work and recently embarked on a journey to learn music and pottery.

And I am passionate about collaborative communities, satisfying and healthy lives,how the brain works, and helping everyone doing what you love and love what you are doing!
