Mentoring & Supervision for Coaches
Linley offers two types of mentoring and supervision.
- A blend of coaching you to the next level of your development
as a ‘coach’ human being along with mentoring and
supervision in respect to your practice. We work together for
2 hours per month. This can be used in a very flexible arrangement
which is tailored to your needs.
- International Coach Federation Certification mentor coaching.
As part of your portfolio
application you require 10 hours of coaching supervision to attain
your PCC and MCC currently and from July 2008 to achieve your
ACC.
As New Zealand’s only designated Master
Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a current
ICF assessor and a highly experienced coaching skills trainer
I am proud to offer this service to my fellow community.
The work is focussed on developing your coaching in accordance
with the ICF core competencies. It includes a combination of deeper
learning about each competency and practical coaching which you
will receive targeted feedback on. You will also receive your
letter of support to commence the certification process as you
attain the level of competency required.
The programme is 6 x 1 hour sessions one to one and then 4 x 1
hour sessions of group mentoring over a period of 3 - 4 months.
